Kylie is driven by a passion for protecting the rights of the accused.

An empathetic and supportive advocate, Kylie often serves as a point of contact for Morgan Pilate clients. She also interviews witnesses, parses through discovery, performs legal research, and drafts pleadings.

While attending law school, Kylie served as an intern and law clerk at the Midwest Innocence Project. Her responsibilities included case investigations, juror interviews, and legal research and writing. Among her cases: Lawrence Callanan, whose conviction was vacated by a special master appointed by the Missouri Supreme Court due to “egregious” prosecutorial misconduct.
